Recap: The No-Code Summit 2023
🚀 Hello everyone,
This October, we had the opportunity to be a part of the second edition of The No-Code Summit 2023 held in Paris. The event offered a great networking platform to directly converse with founders and explore the latest innovations in the industry.
I know we’re a bit late to recap an event that happened over a month ago and while everyone in the world has moved on to other things and all the buzz right now is on OpenAI, we wanted to highlight some of the cool stuff that caught our attention during this event.
Since much has been said already about Bubble and Thunkable's breakthroughs in other newsletters, let's turn the spotlight on our top pick from the event—a tool we believe will benefit everyone.
🛠️ Our top pick: Baserow.io
Baserow is the only open-source no-code database and Airtable alternative out there.

The reason we instantly developed an affinity towards Baserow is because, the advantage of the platform lies in its open-source framework, server deployment options, and customizable features. It also ensures that your data is independent of proprietary constraints, unlike other platforms.
It offers an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, an array of user-friendly tools and templates, and a vast library of integrations, including third-party tools like Zapier, and Make, which opens up the possibility for limitless integrations and automation.
One of their developers also gave us a very cool Baserow water bottle when we visited their booth, but unfortunately, I don’t have a picture of it with me at this very moment.

We've certainly gathered a lot of valuable insights from this summit and intend to share them in our upcoming editions, aiming to keep each issue brief and directly relevant.
